Returns and Exchanges

When you’re happy, we’re happy. Pure Muskoka stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If your product doesn't fit correctly or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.

If you made an online order, you can do so by clicking the button below to access our exchange and return portal.

If you made a purchase in store, your return or exchange will need to be made at one of our retail locations.
